A Pratt Institute graduate, Irem leads Mikk Studio with a global, research-driven approach that blends storytelling, well-being, and design. With experience at firms like Perkins & Will and TP Bennett, she creates cohesive, emotionally resonant spaces guided by principles such as Feng Shui.

INTERIOR DESIGN DIRECTOR
With 19 years of experience across corporate, hotel, and residential design, Arjeta takes a holistic approach that fuses aesthetics, well-being, and sustainability. Also a milliner and yoga teacher, she brings a deep understanding of materials and their emotional and environmental impact to every project.

With a background in interior design and an MBA, Darla brings deep expertise in sourcing and procurement. Having worked with leading furniture dealerships and top design studios, she curates timeless pieces that balance beauty and function. Her strategic, intuitive approach ensures seamless delivery and authentic, client-focused spaces.

With over a decade of experience across residential, hospitality, commercial, and public realm projects, Martina works globally. Her background in visual arts, theatre lighting, and architectural lighting design informs a practice that blends creative sensitivity with technical expertise. She shapes atmospheres that respond to people, place, and materiality, while championing craftsmanship, independent makers, and thoughtful, sustainable design. -

ART / CURATION DIRECTOR
Canan is an art consultant with a background in curating and a global network of artists and collectors. She designs art experiences that reflect each client’s unique vision, offering bespoke consultancy and thoughtful investment opportunities through meaningful, long-term relationships.
